By accessing or using our website, registering for retreat events, submitting prayer requests, or contributing financial offerings and donations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Retreat Registration & Attendance

To attend our retreats and ministry events, participants must complete our registration process:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, current, and complete personal, emergency contact, and travel information during registration.
• Room Allocation & Check-in: Room assignments and check-in codes are non-transferable without prior approval from retreat coordinators. Attendees must present valid identification or check-in QR codes upon arrival.
• Health & Special Needs: Attendees are responsible for notifying the medical and administration teams of critical allergies, medical requirements, or accessibility assistance in advance.

3. Online Giving, Offerings & Pledges

Our ministry facilitates voluntary donations, pledges, and event payments via secure payment processors (Stripe):

• All contributions and registrations are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.
• You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• Donations and registration commitments are dedicated to funding retreat venues, accommodation, catering, and spiritual outreach programs.

4. Code of Conduct on Retreat Grounds

Fawohodie Retreat is dedicated to spiritual enrichment, peace, and Christian fellowship. All participants are expected to maintain respect, adhere to venue facility rules, observe designated curfew/quiet hours, and treat staff and fellow attendees with Christ-like love and courtesy. The ministry reserves the right to dismiss any individual whose conduct disrupts the spiritual sanctity or safety of the event.

5. Photography & Media Release

Photography, audio recording, and video broadcasting may occur during worship services, open sessions, and community events. By participating in Fawohodie Retreat events, attendees grant the ministry permission to use media content for ministry broadcasts, website galleries, promotional materials, and spiritual archives without compensation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including sermons, written devotionals, media recordings, photographs, logos, and digital designs—is the exclusive intellectual property of Fawohodie Retreat Ministry and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we endeavor to provide safe, well-organized retreat experiences and accurate website information, Fawohodie Retreat Ministry and its volunteer staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or personal property loss occurring during travel or retreat attendance, except as mandated by law.
